你的体测是1KM,3KM,还是5KM呢?有个比较简单的方法,练1公里就多跑3公里,练3公里就多跑5公里,能坚持跑20次的话,你再跑一次你的体测项目,提升会比较明显。确认自己身体状态好的情况下,偶尔可以跑一些比目标速度略快的短途间歇跑。举例:你的单位要求1公里跑进3:40,那你就按320的速度跑3-6个400米,每一组中间休息4-10分钟。这个就需要发挥主观能动性,你觉得强度太大就要增加组间休息时间(降配速的话就没有意义了),觉得强度太低就缩短组间休息时间。这个就是高强度间歇跑,他相对于第一个提升会更有效率,可能在两三次训练后就能看到显著的效果,但强度大也意味着恢复周期长,受伤风险高,更不易坚持。二者结合效果更甚,但身体的负荷也是1+1大于2的。对于锤姐说的法特莱克跑,我的建议是你先尝试一下我说的这两个方法,如果执行起来很艰难的话再试试法特莱克。因为我感觉keep上的法特莱克跑是针对想通过运动来减肥而设计的,强度低但时间又拉的很长,如果你明确对成绩有要求的话我觉得法特莱克可能不太合适。不过肯定要比我说的这两种方法更容易坚持也更不容易受伤。而坚持和不受伤正是成绩进步的两大要点。视频的话你可以自己找找,但其实讲的训练方法也就是我说的这两种,再就是告诉你跑一休一,跑前热身跑后拉伸,多吃碳水多睡觉这些。
