人家是PhD 博士标签是按照英文直译翻译 由此可见就算英语本科也不一定英语强 她不是念哲学的而是教育学博士 差很大的 说实话这种文科生也就只能回国了 在国外捞不到教职 跟学术路线还有很大差距 不是瞎黑 你去看看在大学里有教职的中国文科大佬 那才个个都是人才

百度到的学术成果,有无懂哥说说什么水平

接触过一些高教管理研究工作,英文的刊物不太懂。中文的,一年能发两篇高等教育研究,挺猛的,这算是国内高等教育研究领域的顶刊了。高等工程教育研究一般是约稿的,能发证明这个老师在圈子里还是有一点点影响力的。成果和她的学术背景很匹配。

他的研究领域是什么政策与治理,组织分析,制度分析等,这东西感觉就是高校混编制的,因为实在太虚了,而且很难对工作成果进行量化评价,和他学的什么英国语言文学、高等教育学根本不沾边。
