实际也就是12个种子，除了123种子分别固定为A1 B1 C1三个位置外，其余的都会随机，如456种子抽进A2 B2 C2 三个位置，后面的种子依次进行，保证同协会不同组就可以了。

不是啊，你可能理解错规则了，modified不是针对同协会回避的，modified是因为只按传统的Snake system分组的话就会提前知道了分组对手，没有随机性了。
