Current interim general manager Danny Ferry and Boston Celtics assistant GM Mike Zarren are among those being considered for the New Orleans Pelicans opening, according to Marc Stein of the New York Times. Along with Ferry, ex-Cleveland Cavaliers GM David Griffin is believed to be in the running for the position.

He’s a good shot blocker and has the ability to shoot it and gets to the line. It’s just a matter of establishing consistency. And we are going to try to get him consistent minutes.”
